Prof. Elmar Schüller

Is an internationally established and sought-after business, design and innovation expert as well as initiator and founder of the Innovative Living Institute (ILI). He teaches Strategic Design Management at the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI). As a qualified industrial designer, he worked for companies such as Krups, Siemens and Sieger Design internationally.

During his 19 years as managing partner and vice-president, Elmar Schüller helped develop the “red dot design award” into a worldwide design currency.
In addition, he is a sought-after jury member, among others for the internationally renowned innovation competition, the “James Dyson Award” and the FRANKfurtstyleaward.

As a lecturer at the International School of Management (ISM), he also passes on his knowledge to the next generation.

Marko den Elsen

Is the software architect of iD-Engineering and has been working for 30 years as an entrepreneur, worldwide in the development of complex software solutions. He is considered a pioneer and veteran in the fields of card personalization as well as card and authorization management.

For two decades, Marko den Elsen has specialized in the development of systems in the areas of access and authorization management for industry and airports as well as high-tech solutions, such as access controls at Formula 1.
